True story. Meet Mr. George Harrison, of E.J. Harrison & Sons, and Nick, a close friend of ours. Nick is a particular fan of garbage trucks (and really, who isn’t?) – he even knows his local driver by name.
Nick’s also been making some pretty stellar progress towards a lot of personal goals of late, so as a reward we reached out to Mr. Harrison to see if he might be up for taking Nick on a tour of his waste facility. Mr. H was, of course, because he’s like that and that’s the kind of company they run.
And in a bit of serendipity, or kismet, or kharma – whatever word you want to use for how the universe manages to repay goodness with more goodness – Nick’s neighborhood driver, the one he knows, just happened to drive up to empty his truck at the exact moment that Nick and Mr. H. were walking by (that’s his vehicle behind them in the photo.) EJ Harrison has over 150 such trucks, so the timing was pretty uncanny.
